New Signal Provider Requirements for Titan FX Social

To enhance the confidence of traders, Titan FX Social has new signal provider registration requirements.

Titan FX Social is a Titan FX copy trading app that is already being used by many traders. To increase security for all traders, the registration conditions for Signal Providers have been updated. 

The following conditions must be met when filling out the "Risk Profile" form in the application for your trading account to be linked as a signal provider.

New Signal Provider Thresholds
  • Minimum initial deposit and current trading account balance of USD 500 or equivalent (*1)　
  • 6 months of trading history (*2)
  • Maximum drawdown is less than 55

If you are planning to apply to become a signal provider but do not meet the above criteria, or if you do not have a trading account with Titan FX, please contact us.

If the trading account linked to your application does not meet the above requirements, you will receive an email from the app developer, Pelican Trading ([email protected]), explaining the reason. Please review the reasons and either reapply with the same trading account with the required documents or apply with another trading account that meets the requirements.

Note

*1: Please note that your trading account balance might affect your signal provider activities, not only at the time of application, but also after you have been approved as a signal provider.

  • If the balance of your trading account linked as a signal provider drops below USD 500 through trading: you will be able to continue your signal provider activities without any problems.
  • If the balance of your trading account linked as a signal provider drops below USD 500 due to withdrawal:
     - As soon as Pelican Trading detects this, the "Copy" button will be removed from your profile page. 
     - At the same time, Pelican Trading ([email protected]) will send an email to you notifying you that the “Copy” button has been removed until you top your account up. After making the necessary deposit to increase your account balance to USD 500, please send an email back to Pelican Trading with evidence showing that your account balance is USD 500 or higher.
    - Please note that the "Copy" button will not appear until Pelican Trading confirms that your account balance is USD 500 or higher. This indicates you won't be able to be copied by new copiers, though your existing copiers will not be impacted.  


*2: If the linked trading account shows no trading activity for over 6 months, and you possess evidence of trading for 6 months with another account, please email this documentation to Pelican Trading. It's important to note that trading history from demo accounts will not be considered valid.
